According to a hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Umrah in Ramadan is equivalent to Hajj.” (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim) This does not mean it replaces the obligation of Hajj but highlights the immense reward for performing Umrah during Ramadan. Itinerary

Arrival in Dubai

Arrive at Dubai International Airport. Meet and greet by our representative and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and relax after your journey.
Evening at leisure for rest.
Overnight stay in Dubai.

Dubai City Tour

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided Dubai City Tour visiting Dubai Frame, Jumeirah Mosque, Palm Jumeirah, and Gold & Spice Souk.
In the evening, enjoy a Dhow Cruise Dinner at Marina with stunning skyline views.
Overnight stay in Dubai.

Burj Khalifa & Desert Safari

After breakfast, visit the Burj Khalifa (124th Floor Observation Deck) for breathtaking city views.
In the afternoon, proceed for an adventurous Desert Safari featuring dune bashing, camel rides, live cultural performances, and a delicious BBQ dinner.
Overnight stay in Dubai.

Free Day / Shopping

After breakfast, enjoy a free day for shopping or leisure activities.
Optional: Take an Abu Dhabi City Tour to visit the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

Fly to Jeddah – Transfer to Makkah

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Dubai International Airport for your flight to Jeddah.
Upon arrival, complete immigration formalities and proceed to Makkah Al-Mukarramah (approx. 1½ – 2 hours journey).
Check-in at hotel and perform your first Umrah under group guidance.
Overnight stay in Makkah.

Rest & Prayers – Makkah

Spend the day resting after Umrah and engaging in prayers and Ibaadah in Masjid al-Haram.
Overnight stay in Makkah.

Ziarat – Makkah

Visit important religious sites including Jabal al-Noor, Jabal al-Thawr, Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Masjid al-Jinn with a professional guide.
Return to the hotel for rest and prayers.
Overnight stay in Makkah.

Day 8–10: Makkah

At Your Disposal: Dedicate these days to personal worship, Nafil prayers, Tawaf, and Qur’an recitation in Masjid al-Haram.
Optional: Perform additional Umrahs or spend time in reflection and Duas.
Overnight stay in Makkah.

Transfer to Madinah

Check out from the hotel and travel to Madinah al-Munawwarah (approx. 5–6 hours by coach).
Check-in at the hotel near Masjid al-Nabawi, rest, and perform prayers.
Overnight stay in Madinah.

Rest & Prayers – Madinah

Spend the day in Masjid al-Nabawi, offer prayers, and visit Rawdah (subject to permission).
Engage in Ibaadah and reflection.
Overnight stay in Madinah.

Ziarat – Madinah

Visit the sacred sites of Masjid e Quba, Masjid e Qiblatain, Uhud Mountain, and Martyrs of Uhud with a professional guide.
Return to hotel for rest and prayers.
Overnight stay in Madinah.

Departure

Morning free for Ibaadah and final shopping in Madinah.
Check out from hotel and transfer to Madinah Airport for return flight.
Depart with spiritual blessings and cherished memories of your journey.

Policies

A minimum of Rs. 40,000 per person must be paid to secure a booking if the departure date is after 21 days.
50% of the total amount is due 21 to 30 days before departure.
Full payment is required 21 days before departure, or the booking will be canceled without prior notice.
The tour cost remains the same for bookings through Agents, but Rahat Travels Of India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any cash transactions with Agents.
For bookings within 21 days of departure,
100% payment is required.
For advance bookings, 100% payment must be cleared at least 21 days before departure.
No tickets will be issued if the payment for tickets is not completed 21 days before departure, in accordance with airline regulations.
Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 2 blank pages.
Pan card copy (Linked with Aadhar Number)

Cancellation Policy

Rs. 40,000 per person is non-refundable.
50% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled 21 to 30 days before departure.
100% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled within 21 days of departure.
Date change charges: Rs. 10,000 per person, plus any applicable additional charges, for changes made 21 to 30 days before departure. Otherwise, the cancellation policies apply.
No date changes are allowed within 20 days of departure; cancellations apply.

Vaccination

Influenza and meningitis vaccination is compulsory and take vaccination 10 days prior to travel.
While traveling to carry all original documents is compulsory

2. VISA (Saudi Multiple/ Umrah)
3. Both original vaccination certificate ( ???? taken 10 days prior)

Important Notes & Policies

In case of package booked without umrah visa through us, than transportation will be subject to availability.
Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
Unutilized services are Non-refundable.
Rooms Allotment as per hotel management, no room choice will be entertained.
Flight Tickets can be availed at an approximate additional cost of INR 36,500. The final price, however, is subject to the fare at the time of ticket issuance.
